Application:

1.The edge banding machine is widely used for all kinds of edging material: Solid wood, melamine, PVC and veneered edges, fixed length and coil material, for banding with hot-melt.

2.Function is gluing, trimming,  manual end-cutting,Apply to the linear sealing of PVC, ABS, plastic foil, wood skin and so on.

Features:

1.Gluing&edging unit adopt lower glue tank,whole screwy feeding unit,to make feeding glue conveniently and equally.

2.Fine trimming unit to trim the exceeding edge on the top and the bottom side of the panel.It is completed with two motors and copying .

3.Buffing unit to clean the edge of the finished panel,it is completed with two independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.

4.The machine belongs to the small wood edge banding machine, It is easy to operate. High quality components and transmitting components make more steady of machine functions, high precise processing make good effect.

5.The glue mechaism adopt a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly,ensure a more solid conglutination  

6.Rough/fine trimming mechanism used for cutting the excess edge materials ,adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.
